Seek Solitude

Prayers can improve a person's mental health, such as reducing anxiety and depression

  • Seek silence and solidarity

  • Shut off your electronic devices

  • Silence your thoughts

  • Stillness at least six minutes a day
  • Slow deep breathing 
  • Spend some quiet time feeling the present moment

Ask Yourself:

1.  How do you seek solitude?

2.  How often do you do make time for complete silence and stillness?

3.  How will this impact you?
