Stay Connected

Prayers can improve a person's mental health, such as reducing anxiety and depression

  • Say 'I Love You'

  • Stay in Touch

  • Send a text, card, make a phone call

  • Socialize safely

  • Strike up soul-to-soul conversations

  • Spend quality time with those you love and care about

  • Strengthen those relationships

  • Show emotion and appreciation

  • Seek something to be connected to that is bigger than yourself

  • Sensitive to people's needs

  • Sympathetic for those that are struggling or suffering

  • Show sense of belonging

  • Six second hug to someone you love (pets, stuffed toys, etc.)

  • Support and serve your local community

  • Speak/express your feelings regularly

Ask Yourself:

1.  Who do you stay connect to and how often?

2.  What do you say to someone alive that you love?  What do you say to someone not alive that you love?

3.  How will this impact you?
