Synch with Nature

There are six essential nutrients that people need to consume through dietary sources to maintain optimal health.


  • Spend time outside for six minutes and focus only on your surrounding and nothing else:

    • Soak up some sun, sprinkles, shower

    • Stare at nature (sunset, trees, etc.)

    • Sounds of nature, animals, bugs (birds chirping, cows mooing, etc.)

    • Scan your surrounding and focus on what you see and hear

Ask Yourself:

1.  When do you go outside?

2.  What do you notice that you never did before?

3.  How will this impact you?
