Stimulate the 


There are six essential nutrients that people need to consume through dietary sources to maintain optimal health.


  • Stay on top of what is going on

  • Stories (self-improvement, non-fictional, etc.) subjects that interest you

  • Strategy activities (puzzles, games, math problems, draw, paint, crafts, etc.)

  • Spend 6 minutes thinking about it and how you can apply it to your life

  • Seek answers for questions that you ask daily

  • Soak yourself in words, increase your vocabulary

  • Strike up ideas that fuel the mind

  • Study something

  • Student learner

Ask Yourself:

1.  What do you do to stimulate your mind?

2.  What are you learning on a daily basis?

3.  How will this impact you?
