Sixteen Seconds
Every Hour

Spend sixteen seconds every hour doing the following:

1.  Stand Up​

2.  Smile

3.  Slow deep breathes 

4.  Shoulders back and down

5.  Stretch a different part of the body

6.  Shake your body

7.  Slap/tap our body

Ask Yourself:

1.  What do you do every hour? 

2.  How do you stay consistent?

3.  How will this impact you?
